Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will give you total control over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward emails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages based on specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail account you want to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.
